Shipping

US domestic shipping

We ship anywhere within the continental US. Most packages are processed and shipped within 1-3 days, large orders and specialty items may take 4-5 days to ship. In some instances, your miniatures may even ship the same day. All items are shipped through USPS.

We offer a flat rate to anywhere in the the US for $5.00 and free shipping on orders over $35.

USPS Ground typically takes 3-7 days for delivery, however some items take longer and therefore cannot be guaranteed. Many packages will arrive quicker. We are located on the West Coast, so deliveries to the Midwest and East Coast can take longer to arrive.

Rules and Exceptions:

There are times when a certain zip code, including, but not limited to the states of Hawaii and Alaska will generate higher shipping, if this occurs you could be responsible for the difference of the flat rate $5.00 shipping. You will be contacted to decide if you would like to pay the shipping difference or cancel your order.

During severe weather conditions, other natural disasters, postal strikes, or any work stoppages, supply shortages, state of emergency that would affect shipping, delivery times may be delayed.

We observe all holidays recognized by the Unites States Postal Service, so please account for extra shipping time if you placed an order on a federally observed holiday.

International shipping

We do ship international, however international customers will need to use the CONTACT form under the Contact tab or email Dena: littlecataloghouseminiatures@comcast.net to set up shipping and verify shipping costs.


Returns

OUR PROMISE:

Our mission is to deliver high quality miniatures and items that our customers love! We hope you will be happy with the quality of our products, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) to us for a full refund, minus any shipping charges.

RETURNS:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Begin the return process by using the CONTACT US, located in the Contact Tab, or email Dena: littlecataloghouse@gmail.com, you will receive a response within 24 hours instructing you how to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item, you will be issued a refund. You will receive an email notifying you of that refund. The credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t receive a refund when expected, first check your bank account. The next step is to contact your bank and/or credit card. There is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If your credit still has not posted after these steps, please contact us and we will generate an inquiry with the credit card company.

EXCHANGES:

We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns, up to 30 days of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING:

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If you are returning an item that costs more than $50 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it is a tracked delivery.

ITEMS THAT SHOW AS DELIVERED

All items sent out from Little Catalog House Miniatures will contain a tracking number. If the package is lost or does not show as delivered, you are eligible for up to $100 protection through the automatic insurance that comes with USPS delivery. If the package shows as delivered, but you did not receive items due to delivery at wrong address, entered incorrect address, theft, fraud or other, Little Catalog House Miniatures is not responsible for the missing or undelivered package. However, we want you to be happy with your transaction, please contact us with any issues, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
